Wow looks like no one else is weighed in this month. at the begging i was 339 lbs. now i'a at 333 as of this am. goal for this month 329 or lower. how was the winner for february??????????
We are half way through March and I can't loose a pound. I have gained a couple of pounds, then it comes off. I think this is mostly water weight when I over do it on the sodium. I need to get back to eating healthier.
Come on everyone, lets get going. Spring is coming and I am sure we all want to look good in our swim suits. We all can be losers!
Well as March comes to and end I,m not the biggest loser this month. Today I was at 345. Stress weight again. I catch my self eating all the time. I going to have to find some one to be the food police. So April is a new month. Lets lose the wieght in Arpil. Git-R-Done
Starting off the month at 139. My goal is 134 for the month.

Well I am back from vacation and I did not gain any weight. Guess it was eating all that fresh fruit. My weight is still at 167.
