To Begin...

Welcome to the Virtual Biggest Loser Challenge! Our goal here is to lose... weight, that is, by encouraging Exercise and Diet.

To join the Challenge is easy - just follow these simple steps;


  1. State your current weight and your goal. Be Honost!
  2. Form a plan on how to achieve your goal.
  3. Follow your plan
  4. Remember - cheating only hurts you!

The Challenge begins on the first of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Each month a new challenge begins. Check here often as we will try to post useful tips and recipes.
