  6. I was hoping that I didn't have to give my actual weight, just the number of pounds to meet my goal. But Okay, I guess, Sunday morning I was 217. My ultimate goal would be to loose 42 pounds, but I expect that to take me a couple of years. Considering that it took me 2 1/2 years to loose the 43 I have already lost.
    So my short term goal is 200. That is what I weighed when I went into the hospital to deliver Matthew.

  7. 156lbs. walked 1 mile, did 10 reps(repetitions)with hand weights, did stretches 10 reps each.

  8. 328 lbs. did 5.5 miles on bike and 1.7 mile on tread mill today.

  9. I guess the first thing I need to do is get a new battery for my scale. I'm kind of even scared to look.

    I'll ask Paul if he'd like to participate.

  10. 154.8 lbs and walked 1 mile no weights or stretches today,had to work.

  11. Just got done doing a mile on the tread climber, burning 500 cals. in 32 mins. Also did a 1 3/4 mlies on snow shoes friday. Tori and Miles went abouy 1.25 miles. Tori was pulling Vivian in a sled so had a good work out as will. Weigh unknown at this time. Matt

  12. After Larry passed away I gained 10 pounds. Right now I weight 170 and would like get down to 150. Sharon and I joined a water aerobics class that meets Monday,Wednesday and Friday mornings for one hour. I walk the MOA when I can.

  13. Hello everyone. This morning I weighed in at 334. The last week I been very stressed and eating alot more. Some of you know why , others will find out or can ask why. So it looks like i have to work hard in the next 12 days. Or chage this to the biggest grainer?? :)

  15. Just got home from water aerobics. On Monday, February 16, I weighed in at 169.

Just spent two weeks in Florida, started the trip at 156 came home 154. everyone we saw was very weight conscious so that helped a lot, my bag went at 46lbs and came back at 48lbs and we had to buy a small wheeled carry on to take the extra things I bought. Today got back to my stretches and weights and on the walking machine did 20 min. good to be home.
